The paved, graded-level parking lot offers adequate space for staff as well as clientele. And the lot has been designed for convenience as well as capacity. Visitors to lower level businesses can park on the lower level, those headed for ground level businesses can park on that level near the main entrance.

A curved metal canopy welcomes visitors to the ground level entrance to Waterwood. Inside the main entryway visitors will be impressed with the spacious feeling created by a series of skylights that illuminate the extra-wide hallways.
